1/3 | cup | canola oil | |
|

2 | cups | all purpose flour | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | baking powder | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | ground cinnamon | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | baking soda | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | ground nutmeg | |
|

1 | cup | semisweet chocolate chips | |
|
|||
1 | cup | rolled oats | |
|
|||
1 | cup | grated carrots | |
|
|||
1 | cup | raisins | |
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, brown sugar, milk and oil. Set aside.
Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and nutmeg. Add to egg mixture and mix well.
Stir in chocolate chips, oats, carrots and raisins.
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets coated with nonstick cooking spray; flatten slightly.
Bake 10 to13 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool.
